Shipping Information/Return Policy

We offer FREE flags worldwide! Just pay shipping! We advise our customers to please allow 1-3 business days for orders to fully process. Once your order has processed, US deliveries will take approximately 9-15 business days to be received, and International Deliveries will take approximately 2-6 weeks to be received. Due to the fact that our products are being shipped from a third party, there are NO CANCELLATIONS or REFUNDS.  Once you’ve placed your order the product is automatically sent to our warehouse for fulfillment, and prepared for shipping with our third party supplier. Therefore, we cannot cancel or refund any orders once an order has been placed. We aim to keep our customers satisfied with delivery estimates, but have no control over the unforeseen weather, delivery reroutes or during busy periods (including high sales volumes).

Deliveries may take a little longer during those situations. Please note that Pride is Love cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery, or as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.


If you are in the process of moving, we suggest contacting your local post office about delivery options in your specific area. At Pride is Love, we are not liable for any parcel that is listed as Undeliverable, or that is Returned to Sender Due to changed shipping information.

We will issue refunds only for products that will not ship to certain Countries/Regions.

If you have been given the option for a refund, and you do not see your refund populate into your bank account, please contact your banking institution first, as the amount of time it takes for your refund to be received is determined by your banks' policies. Please note it may take 7-10 business days before your refund appears on your bank statement. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us immediately.
